Cheese in single portions, please

In operation at Dalter is a new flow pack installation for single portions of Parmigiano Reggiano, Emmental, Provolone and Fontal, the last step in the radical technological upgrade the concern undertook in 2012.

Destined for ho.re.ca. channels, these packs guarantee availability of a selected product, cut and portioned in various formats - between 20 and 60 g, depending on the cheese - and thus easy to use and visually impactful, in a wide range of sectors.
Compared to previous vacuum pack solutions, the flow pack carries various advantages. First of all, the cheeses are packed in protective atmosphere, under conditions of maximum hygiene and with a much longer shelf life (150 days for Parmigiano Reggiano and 90 days for the others). Consequently, they keep organoleptic and taste characteristics intact, as well as nutritional properties. Moreover, the packaging is aesthetically appealing, serving as an ambassador of the brand’s values and service content even at the consumer’s table.
