Controllers and motors with integrated electronics
Servotecnica announces the new Motion Controller V 3.0 and Motion Control Systems MCS series of Faulhaber (of which the concern is a distributor), introducing controllers and motors with integrated electronics featuring EtherCAT protocol for micromotors.
The two models of MC5005 and 50010 electronics feature direct currents of 5A and 10A up to 15A and 30A. Also available is the MC5004 version, with no case, a smaller size and direct current of 4A up to 12A.
Feedbacks can be incremental or absolute. The I/Os are opto-isolated, and management is programmable. The number of inputs and outputs can be expanded with additional modules.
In automation, the decentralization of electric components is always important, which is why Faulhaber has added a pair of motors featuring 32 mm diameter and torques of 76 mNM and 96 mNm to the new MCS series, available both in the standard version with RS-232 and CanOpen and in an EtherCAT protocol version. Optional IP54 is also available for the MCS servosystems.
What all these Faulhaber innovations have in common is ease of connectability (in addition to plug-in connectors, boards and cables have also been designed to guarantee optimal, safe and fast connections).
The Motion Manager 6.0 software is now available with new graphic and operating features.
