Customized handling with Litek® linear modules

The Linearteck Litek® linear modules, with both screw and belt movement (with wheels on shafts or ball bearing trolleys), are an innovative and customizable solution, which adapts to the most varied needs and methods of use: fast or slow, rigid or flexible, double or single guide, with profiled or recirculating ball bearings.

Ideal for a wide range of applications, thanks to the many possible combinations, they guarantee extreme versatility at low costs, and the possibility of a mechanical interface with the gearboxes/motors purchased by the most renowned manufacturers on the global market, ranging between different functional types, with varying degrees of protection.
Designed and made to measure, Litek® modules are completed with gearmotors or force input only; they can be assembled in a cross, a portal, a cantilever form, in pairs, orthogonally, at an angle, with several carts, locked or idle.

A flexible production model allows Linearteck to operate in certain times, respecting customized needs and requests, performing assembly first in 3D virtual simulation, and only subsequently physically, in order to eliminate any inconsistency between project/final product.
On request, the three-dimensional drawing of the linear unit (or of the entire group of established dimensions) can be sent via e-mail in approval to the customer, who can assess its dimensions and compatibility.
