Dedicated to LIP paper manufacturers

VisionLab Srl (Asolo, TV), manufacturer of the established VisionLab 100, and VisionLab 16 VisionLab Mark control systems, has developed a series of original instruments for LIP (lower ignition propensity) cigarette paper manufacturers.

There are two solutions, respectively, for display and control, made taking into account the specifics of this new standard in the tobacco industry, with the aim of facilitating production and providing immediate feedback on non-compliance. They have been conceived following the principles of the Visionlab design philosophy and feature extreme functionality and userfriendliness.
More specifically, VisionLab 16LIP is a display system essential for the start-up and monitoring of the process, while VisionLab100LIP is a 100% inspection system, which combines the best technologies available giving an accurate analysis of the printed product while at the same time guaranteeing measurement of the fundamental reference points for this type of print.
