HOT MELT Robatech has devised RobaVis™, a programming interface that enables the management of all its hotmelt applicators and the graphic display of the production processes: a cutting-edge tool that provides high benefits.

Technological progress has had a substantial impact on the functionality of hot melters and relative programming systems; on top of that, the increasing complexity of production processes entails that operators possess specific and more evolved skills.
With RobaVis™ the Swiss multinational Robatech (specialized in adhesive application technology) provides its customers with a tool that, by exploiting the widespread adoption of touchscreens, enables the display and intuitive use of many industrial processes, leading to a decisive increase in productivity.
 
A clear and logical structure - Whether it is a matter of setting the temperature, checking the functioning of the pumps, creating programs for the application of adhesive or exchanging data, with RobaVis™ each of these operations is represented in a simple, logical and clear manner.
The system is available after a simple initial configuration and only displays on screen what individual operators require for their daily work routine. All functions are represented by symbols that refer to the correct setting fields.
The operating ranges displayed are appropriately grouped to meet the everyday needs of users, while the program library can be easily integrated with photos or drawings, helping the operator and improving the safety and efficiency of the production process. Likewise, production line scheduling is significantly accelerated in that all the settings can be changed while production is running (enabling interruption-free program setting). Previous generation systems equipped with ICS-A and CLS electronics can thus be upgraded and equipped with touchscreen panels.
