Efficiency and versatility: A1 series alternate motion cartoning machines

A1 series Famar Tec cartoners are horizontal machines at alternate motion suitable, in particular, for small/medium productions.

Although mainly used in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors, thanks to the feeding systems versatility, they are easily adaptable to food or cosmetic applications.
The three different available models (A1, A1 / S and A1 / SP) enable to handle a very wide range of formats (up to 170x95x220 mm).
The cartoning cycle, by means of servo motors, is completely automatic. The control devices are positive logic: thanks to cross-checks on the product, carton, presence of leaflet, labels and/or booklet, the packaging operation is highly reliable.
The feeding systems are designed in accordance with the product type to be packaged (blisters, trays, bottles, tubes etc.) and to any connections with the machines upstream.
Moreover, their tailor-made software and hardware solutions, allow easy integration with serialization systems, now increasingly required.
