At IPACK-IMA 2022 (hall 7, stand C50) the result of this partnership: PRIMA and PRIMA STAR, machines for the automatic production of burrata with or without head, which promise to introduce important innovations for the sector. In fact, they make it possible to customize recipes and sizes according to the customer's needs, respecting Made in Italy quality and tradition and, thanks to a multiple filling system, productivity reaches 1,000/1,200 pieces/hour (making the presence of expert cheesemakers unnecessary). The stracciatella dosing system developed by Karr Italiana can be pneumatic or electronic at the customer's discretion.
PRIMA and PRIMA STAR are also equipped with C.I.P. washing, for the automated cleaning of the internal surfaces of tubes, tanks, filters and fittings, avoiding heavy disassembly.
