Labeling 4.0 for make-up

The Modular and Master systems are highly technological solutions developed by Labelpack.

Designed with criteria of modularity to meet the different needs and assembled on the unmistakable a balcony frame, they offer a practical response to the needs of the cosmetics industry, particularly in regard to labeling make-up products.

Modular WR-OS has been designed to apply up to 4 labels on containers for mascara, lip gloss and lipstick. In the case at hand the product is oriented by a camera rotation device for reading the print on the container. At the first station the barcode label and subsequent water-proof label are applied. At the third station the sticker on the bottom of the product and lastly the guarantee seal label is applied. The transportation system comprises magnetic templates for a rapid format change. The system is controlled by a PLC with HMI-touch screen and Ethernet connection, in line with the dictates of Industry 4.0.
