Hall 4 / A59| Dosing and dispensing systems of powder and liquids

Since 1970 Lawer is a solid and Italian reality, specialized in industrial dosing and dispensing systems of powder and liquids, through single or multiple weighing systems.

Supersincro is a horizontal weighing system that is fully customizable and modular according to the products used, stored in fixed and interchangeable silos, hoppers, and big-bags.

The project includes a station for the automatic generation of bags of variable size (from 9 to 36 L); at the end of the process, they are heat-sealed and placed in boxes, palletizers or conveyor belts.

The control software guarantees effective cross-checks and traceability on all the operations carried out by the system, generating sophisticated reports, and allowing integration with external systems (MES), as required by Industry 4.0.
