Well ahead of the fair’s starting date, the organizers register an excellent “yield” of exhibitors.
This was also underlined by Valerio Soli, President of Ipack Ima Srl recalling that «some of the most dynamic companies in the sector have already firmly adhered to our proposal; already in this first phase, the adhesions of the exhibitors have in fact grown overall by 61% compared to 2018, with a marked increase in foreign companies. This is a result that comforts us with respect to the project we are proposing to the market and which confirms MEAT-TECH as an event of international appeal for all industry professionals, looking for innovative solutions for an increasingly sustainable supply chain».

The protagonists speak
International and comprehensive from the point of view of the exhibition offer, but also attentive to the themes of innovation and sustainability. These, summing things up, are the most appreciated features of the show, as highlighted by the companies that have already confirmed their presence at MEAT-TECH 2021. We report some observations and expectations.

Federico Boratto of Inox Meccanica declared himself very satisfied with the run of the 2018 edition in terms of  the number of Italian and foreign visitors. The buyer program in fact generated a professional circle highly dedicated to processing systems, offering the possibility, in a single edition of a few days, to meet buyers from all over the world. In commercial and applicative terms, our company has achieved excellent results.

• As Giulia Antonelli of Coligroup states, at MEAT-TECH 2021 particular attention will be to sustainability, the main topic for the processing but above all for the packaging sector. This is an area in which Coligroup is committed to testing new cardboard-based as well as totally recyclable or even compostable materials, with the aim of responding to emerging market demands.

• On the same wavelength Federica Travaglini, of Travaglini SpA, who  considers IPACK-IMA and MEAT-TECH as fairs fundamental in terms of exhibiting the company’s core business products. Always attentive to the issues of sustainability and careful management of resources, Travaglini proposes solutions that ensure competitive advantages in terms of energy consumption. Another point in favor of the fair is its having understood the importance of the clean room segment as a crossover theme covering various sectors obviously including food (fish, cheese and ready-to-eat foods).
