 Due to its proximity to cosmetics sector process and packaging systems manufacturers, NastriTex occupies a significant space at Cosmopack 2020. On display, not only products, but also an entrepreneurial history of excellence and originality, 40 years long.

The most recent formulations, the new textures, the increasingly sophisticated applicative and chromatic yields, the skin-feel effects of the powder make-up, the different wettability ratios of the powders require innovative production solutions and, aboveall, new compacting tools...

In the face of profound changes that, from 1980 to the present, have marked the cosmetics industry in terms of image and productivity, NastriTex has been able to field products and services capable of adapting to the relentless flow of time and business.
Thus, from its initial production (the company was in fact set up in 1980) the company has developed more than 50 articles designed for the production of compact cosmetics, including ad hoc technical fabrics, non-woven fabrics or multilayer compacting tapes made by combining two different pressing materials, fabrics made of 100% recycled materials ...

Today this Lombardy-based company that looks to the world (with 40% of its turnover made abroad and exports to over 25 countries, from the United States to Japan) is present at Cosmopack 2020, achieving an important goal: 40 years of activity alongside the cosmetics industry.

RECENT PATENTED DEVELOPMENTS TechMix® is a multilayer compacting ribbon made by combining two different pressing materials, which combines and enhances the technical characteristics of both, with performance advantages otherwise unachievable. It designates a new approach to the choice of powder compacting material, strengthening the link with NastriTex Lab, the Lombard company's R&D unit for new products. The choice of materials wisely combined thanks to TechMix technology is the result of a pushed personalization, which starts from the specific technology adopted by the customer and from its special innovative bulk.

NastriTex has always invested important resources in R&D, to develop fundamental fabrics and innovative materials for the compacting of cosmetic powders, as well as latest-generation technical solutions «because - says Federico Mocchetti, key executive of the company - the perfection that the beauty brands seek and their products require can only be attained by offering the best technology available».
 
In a completely renovated space, at Cosmopack 2020 Nastritex will therefore bring its own history of excellence, built around products but above all made of the values that have inspired it over these four decades.

A special focus will be given to services, first and foremost the NastriTex Lab, the company's flagship, also awarded at the "The Avant Garde Edition" 2016 "Innovation" section of the Cosmopack Awards.
