The new lateral spring plungers from norelem

The new spring plungers from norelem use a one-piece plastic spring and are ideal for challenging applications such as painting and sandblasting.

The global standard components specialist offers three designs which differ in terms of the strength of the spring (light, medium or strong) and are identified by the colours blue, red and green. The thrust pins are available in a choice of case-hardened and burnished steel, stainless steel or thermoplastic. The springs can be selected with strengths of between 10 N and 160 N depending on the requirements of the specific application.

Unlike standard solutions, the new spring plungers from norelem have one-piece construction which prevents dirt from collecting in the joints and ensures maximum functionality.

The plungers can withstand temperatures of up to +100°C and have a horizontally acting pressing force. The positioning hole should have a tolerance of H8.
