The One Global Company for the end of the line
Sustainability, technological innovation and customer support: It is along these lines that ROBOPAC and OCME have set their participation in the next Interpack as “One Global Company”, increasingly able to offer high-performance solutions for packaging, with a particular focus on the end of the line and an extreme attention to circular economy themes.
On the Packers front, Robopac presents TC 400 COMBI Compact, a combined machine that responds to the needs of a market increasingly oriented towards adopting green solutions, offering an alternative to packaging with only plastic.
Its extreme flexibility makes it possible to create different types of packaging, with cardboard or film, and to adapt to the most varied types of product. It can handle multiple types of cardboard packaging and process both neutral and printed films. It adapts perfectly to the needs of each customer, being able to create multi-material or single-material packaging. Equipped with automatic format change, it is simple to configure and easy to use by the end user.
The new high-cadence HELIX MAX model will be presented in the family of automatic winders with rotating arm. Thanks to the patented solution of the pre-stretch carriage, it is possible to create a faster and extremely more break-resistant wrapping compared to traditional systems. Furthermore, the accuracy in regulating the product containment force and in the pre-stretch precision of the film of up to 350% is guaranteed.
Ever at the forefront of investments in research and development to offer products increasingly attentive to market trends, OCME launches an innovative packaging dedicated to the world of beverage in world premiere at Interpack. A new fully recyclable packaging that can be produced thanks to OCME technologies derived from the high performance secondary packaging range, capable of guaranteeing the production capacity of the world’s fastest filling lines.
The product and service portfolio will be completed by the new models of laser-guided shuttles dedicated to the world of intralogistics, the self-adapting format change system for the viscous liquid fillers of the Libra series and the package of digital services dedicated to customers that will see an OCME and ROBOPAC corner dedicated to Customer Care 4.0.
