PMR manufactures automatic dispensers for dense, semi-dense and liquid products such as creams, shampoos, perfumes, lotions, gels, essential oils, rimmels: linear or rotary, the solutions guarantee the filling of a wide range of containers.
Specifically, the lines can be equipped with 1 to 6 volumetric, electronic or pneumatic dosing units.

After filling, the containers reach the capping unit, where the positioning of the cap can be manual or with automatic loading and pick&place system.

The production speed varies according to the characteristics of the product to be treated and the number of filling nozzles, up to 1800/2000 pcs/h.

The PMR systems are equipped with touch-screen control panels for setting the dosing and capping, with safety guards made of AISI 304 stainless steel (according to CE regulations) and the parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.

PMR takes care of the design and construction of the machines in-house: quality guaranteed Made in Italy, therefore, combined with a particularly competitive price.
