Solutions for paper folding, packaging and automation

DCM at Pharmintec 2019 will present five solutions for an increasingly efficient fold and packaging, able to improve the performance of the production lines of companies in the pharmaceutical sector.

1 - Inline folding of pre-folded brochure (from two to five sheets)
The dimensions of the illustrative brochure are continuously growing. With the GUK brochure folders, it is possible to fold in-line with flat dimensions of up to 210 mm x 1,500 mm.
 
2. Folding off line of illustrative brochures, inserts, tagserts, outserts, laminates
Thanks to the skills acquired over time, DCM suggests the most suitable folding styles to create a product folded to perfection. The fold lines also make it possible to create and package folded brochures, ensuring unparalleled machinability.
 
3. Dispense products at high speeds with high load autonomy
Dispensing products, especially those of high thickness and at high speeds, requires high-performance feeders with limited space and high-capacity load magazines.
 
4. Robot handling
The delta robots and duopods distributed by DCM allow you to respond to any need: the range includes over 150 different models, designed and manufactured to offer maximum freedom of installation thanks to independence from the controller.
 
5. Serialization of cases and illustrative brochures before packaging
The serialization of the cartons takes place on dedicated lines, which can handle open, flat glued cartons or formed with the product already packed.
The serialization of the illustrative brochures occurs during the folding process of the same, avoiding further processing.
