Hot packaging

Having started off in 1976 as a builder of machines for dosing glues, Tecnicoll evolved with the production of hot dosers for cosmetic products, waxes all round and other products that, to be dosed, have to be melted.

Availing themselves of an inhouse design structure and a production works, as well as “patented” single or multiple outfeed dosers to be used on any type of melter and for all materials that require heating prior to doing, the company produces melters of a from 1 to 1,000 kg capacity, systems for preheating and precooling lipstick, machines for pressmoulding powders as well as complete filling and packaging lines devised to specific customer requirements. Their latest creation, completely automatic, is shown in the photo and has been designed for completing stick deoderants.
