At the stand at Cibus Tec, for example, it was possible to see the RobaFeed 3 granule adhesive feeder together with the special GlueFill container, and then the Concept Stream tankless fuser and the Diamond fast and accurate applicator gun series. The modern RobaVis user interface was also on display. Whether it is the melter itself, integrated into a higher level control system or simply as a web application on any device - RobaVis is an intuitive user interface with all the features.

With the AMS system, Robatech is dedicated to an important application topic: how to reduce the consumption of adhesive in favor of an even more sustainable production without detracting from the quality of the bonding. In fact, AMS offers an efficient system for reliable monitoring of the amount of adhesive to be applied, with rapid identification of defects, ensuring process reliability and cost savings.
To reduce plastic consumption in the pallet stabilization process, Robatech has developed a surprisingly simple and very effective alternative: with a non-contact hotmelt application the packages can be palletized and depalletized in a safe and efficient manner, greatly reducing the use of plastic or interlayers and the amount of protective film.
