Versatile and user friendly inkjet marking

Accessible design, ease of use, excellent print quality even in “extra large” format, minimum maintenance and long life: these are the requirements that have guided the design of the Hi-Res Inkjet DIAGRAPH IJ4000 system, distributed in Italy by SIS.MA.

DIAGRAPH IJ4000 offers the possibility to print images up to 40% higher than the traditional solutions available on the market, thanks to the availability of both 50 and 100 mm printheads.
This feature, in addition to allowing significant savings - in fact, fewer heads are required to cover the desired surface - it guarantees maximum flexibility to users, who can add additional print lines or make larger graphics. The 26 cm color touch screen controller (HMI), thanks to large graphic icons, is intuitive and easy to use.
 
Remote control. A smart Connection Hub with state-of-the-art networking features allows the system to control multiple production lines from remote locations.
The HMI can be positioned up to 100 meters away from the printer when it is connected via ethernet, and at an unlimited distance when connected via the network, guaranteeing the possibility of selecting the most suitable operating configurations for specific needs, with maximum flexibility.
A single Diagraph IJ4000 HMI can control up to four printheads on two completely independent packaging lines.
