MA4: analog input expansion module

Reer presents the new MA4 expansion module of the Mosaic family, which allows any analog type sensor to be connected to the system.

The 4 isolated independent analogue channels (500 V) are able to supply a 24 Vdc supply up to 30 mA, detecting a 4-20 mA current (from 0 to 23 mA) or a 0-10 V voltage (selectable via software).
Moreover, the input channels can be configured in pairs to obtain a redundancy in the reading of two sensors.

The module, which has engineering quantities and 16-bit resolution, guarantees sampling per second (selectable from 2.5 to 4000 SPS), simple comparators (at one or two thresholds), addition and subtraction as possible arithmetic operations, load cells ( weight, compression and traction.
