Gearboxes and actuators for impeccable hygiene

First in the world to have obtained EHEDG certification, WITTENSTEIN’s Hygienic Design gearboxes ensure maximum corrosion resistance even in contact with fluids containing hypochlorites or alkaline foams.

Thanks to the surfaces treated with electrochemical polishing and to the particular design, cleaning and disinfestation of the gearboxes and the entire system, they are faster, more efficient and safer.
In addition to the version with output shaft, they are available in a flange version (perfect for compact applications with high dynamics, such as the Delta Robot) and with an integrated motor (for even smaller dimensions).

Total protection against rust and oxidation is also guaranteed by the corrosion resistant coaxial and angular reducers, with stainless steel inlet and outlet interfaces, motor flange and casing coated with bi-component lacquer and lubrication with food grade grease.
Even the brushless cyber® dynamic line micromotors can be requested in corrosion (IP66/IP67) or hygienic design version, in stainless steel (IP69K).
