IPACK-IMA 2022
Specialized in processing and packaging, IPACK-IMA also focuses on non-food, end-of-line and cross-contamination technologies, offering unique opportunities for cross-contamination between production sectors.
An international benchmark for the world of processing and packaging, IPACK-IMA was chosen in 2018 by over 74,000 visitors and 1,500 exhibitors, who brought excellent technological solutions to the fair at every level of the production chain.
Scheduled from 3 to 6 May 2022, with a positive outlook for the future in mind, the event aims to be a development and innovation driver for many industrial sectors, called to an advanced meeting/comparison, restoring the right dimension to the supply and demand of products and services.
Renewal of focus on non-food. The multi-sector physiognomy of IPACK-IMA is reflected in the focus on fair dedicated to consumer goods industries and in a renewed attention to chemical-pharmaceutical sector which, as a protagonist in the period of the health emergency, according to forecasts will be looking for new development opportunities in 2022.
Whether we are talking about individual protection devices, drugs and parapharmaceuticals, vaccines, products for the sanitization of environments or solutions for beauty or personal care, the sector is at the forefront in responding to consumer needs, together with the growing demand for environmental sustainability.
The search for innovative and “green” materials, increasingly effective and advanced packaging systems, production technologies, serialization, quality control... these are just some of the areas in which the chemical-pharmaceutical sector plays out its competitive edge and which, at IPACK-IMA, will find an answer thanks to the proposals of specialized exhibitors, who have already chosen to participate in the Milanese event.
IPACK-IMA’s comprehensive exhibition will also offer unique opportunities in terms of technology transfer in a cross-contamination logic, which will involve the consumer goods and durable goods industry.
To strengthen the cross-contamination approach between the different production sectors, one has the decision to allocate two halls to functional solutions for all sectors: end-of-line and palletizing systems, coding, marking, labeling and intralogistics.
IPACK-IMA and “The Innovation Alliance”
The Innovation Alliance is the largest European appointment by FieraMilano dedicated to instrumental mechanics, which includes PLAST (4-7 May 2021), MEAT-TECH (17-20 May 2021), IPACK-IMA, PRINT4ALL and INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA (which will take place simultaneously from 3-6 May 2022). The specialized exhibitions will make available to operators of all industrial sectors a showcase of Italian and international technological excellence from different production worlds, united by a strong supply chain logic. The solutions for the manufacturing industry will therefore be manifold, ranging from rubber and plastic processing to their recovery and recycling, also with a view to increasingly sustainable industrial processes, from food processing technologies to packaging for the food and non-food sectors, from industrial printing to converting and labelling, up to goods handling and warehouse. management.management.
