Barrier photocell for detecting liquids

Always in step with the explicit demands of the packaging sector, in its quest for  high-level products Leuze expands its range of solutions studied specifically for the bottling sector: after PRK 18B and GSU 14D, devised
for the recognition of bottles and transparent labels, it offers LS55 H2O, a new barrier photocell with stainless steel housing, which can even detect  transparent liquids in transparent or colored glass and plastic containers (bottles, jars, vials, etc.).

Its range can be adapted according to the container used by electrical wiring, which allows a plug and play installation without the need for calibration.

Thanks to the case in stainless steel AISI 316L IP67 - IP69K and the wash down design with ECOLAB and CleanProof + certification, the LS55 H2O can also be used in environments where the demand for hygiene is particularly severe.
