SAVE FOOD: anti-waste technologies on 30 May

The initiative promoted by FAO and Messe Düsseldorf is continuing successfully to raise awareness on the issues related to the improvement of crops and their transformation, packaging and delivery, with the aim of increasing the shelf life of products, reducing food waste and, consequently, improving  the culture associated with the correct consumption of food.

Ipack-Ima 2018 brings this important project to Milan, hosting the international SAVE FOOD conference, scheduled for May 30th at 10:00 am at the Stella Polare Congress Center, FieraMilano, Rho.

On the tables themes valid at all latitudes and with important ethical, social and industrial implications, especially in developing countries.
