Processing and packaging systems for the cosmetics industry

A dynamic concern undergoing constant renewal, in 2014 CMI Industries created the Beauty Tech Division, an in-house section  dedicated to the cosmetics market.

The participation of the company headed by Franco Comoli at the recent edition of Cosmopack Bologna featured two striking debuts: Contact (see photo), the revolutionary lipstick machine also for cosmetics products such as Styl-gloss, lip balm, foundation cream, concealer and color-stick, as well as Venus, for the processing of cast cosmetics products such as mascara, gloss and foundation cream.The company’s innovatory thrust continues, in that the coming Cosmopack 2017 will feature two launch previews: CMI Industries will present a powder compacter system  alternative to traditional ones as well as the Alphasol brand, dedicated to the development of technologies for aerosol systems also destined for the pharmaceutical sector.

Other significant new features for the year at hand concern the creation of the CMI Advanced brand, headquartered in the Lombard heartland of world cosmetics production, to respond to the demand for flexibility typical of the cosmetics market with a new system for developing the end product, integrated with the design and creation of the machine, and the transfer of the leading company CMI Industries to a larger production site, which will enable the doubling of the company’s production capacity.
