Glue the Future

Robatech’s presence at drupa 2016 was accompanied by an ambitious slogan - Glue the Future - where it presented its new range of adhesive application technologies, much appreciated by visitors.

Bolstered by its continuing success, Robatech brought its new features most appreciated by visitors to drupa 2016 (the recently terminated world printing and graphics fair) where this year the interrelation between the packaging and converting sectors appeared even more pronounced.
An additional reason why, here too, the sharing of the exhibition space with the UK company Leary proved even more advantageous for both companies.
In global partnership since 2014, the two companies in fact offer a wide and complementary range: if Leary’s cold glue and Quality Assurance applications mainly address industrial folding box manufacturers, Robatech also meets the needs of the graphics industry with hot as well as cold glue systems.
In particular, two melting systems previewed by Robatech at the fair aroused public interest:
• RobaPUR 2 MOD - offers significant advantages to the printing industry, supporting a flexible and efficient production process, with the ability to work different adhesives in various forms, offering an exceptional melting capacity (up to 10 kg/h) with throughput of up to 50 kg/h;
• JumboFlex - represents the next generation of large-capacity machines and featues high as well as flexible melting capacity. It also technologically complies with the precepts of Industry 4.0.
Lastly, a mention goes to the new Series FK IT coating heads, another Robatech solution much appreciated for their flexible adhesive application and accurate intermittency at high speeds. Factors these decisive for the printing industry, essential in speedily meeting the needs of customers at reduced costs.

DRUPA: EXCELLENT RESULTS Robatech declares its participation at drupa 2016 a success, not only because of the high attendance figures (about 260,000 visitors from 188 countries), but also due to the strong desire to invest and decision-making capacity of the buyers met at the stands. «We are delighted with how things went at the fair. We received visits at our stand of many people interested in business contacts and customers, who expressed great appreciation for our products, both the already known and the more recent ones», says Kevin Ahlers, Robatech Marketing and Communications Manager.
For the entire duration of the event Robatech provided information on its key products on display, showing short, informative video clips (also visible on social media and the company’s web page under “News”).
