Supply chain synergies, in a single name
Confirming the growing integration of their respective supply chain areas, the fairs Emballage and Manutention band together to form All4Pack Paris, to be held in Paris’ Nord Villepinte district on 14-17 November.
With a new name and a new package, All4Pack Paris is offered as a showcase of excellence on the global market, combining the technological offer of diverse sectors: packaging, processing, printing, handling, logistics and end of line.
This strategic unification, in line with sector trends and buyer expectations, is a testament to the dynamism of this event, which is organized by Comexposium, and strengthens its central role internationally, particularly in the EMEA region, from which the majority of exhibitors and buyers will arrive.
The numbers show the success of the new format, with 800 exhibitors registered (40% foreign) and 100 countries represented, with a highly international expected influx of 98,000 visitors.
Aligned with the pay-off “Let’s be creative”, the French biennial packaging event will feature a new logo (All4Pack) and an offer reorganized into 7 large sectors in lieu of the former 12, making it easier for visitors to navigate the event and find the products that interest them, thanks to a simplified pavilion layout. The usual wealth of conferences and events will help promote and educate on the latest innovations.
A survey
Thanks to the work of Observatoire All4Pack, which in 2015 celebrated its 10th anniversary, Comexposium is renewing its commitment to supply an overview of the French packaging sector, outlining issues and numbers of a complex industry by means of a questionnaire sent out to buyers, manufacturers and suppliers.
This year, the results of the survey reveal an optimistic outlook. Of respondents, 63% expect production growth during the next 3 years (led first and foremost by food & beverage operators).
The general calm is shared by the 65% of packaging manufacturers that expressed confidence in the stability of their profit margins, while buyers expect prices to remain stable.
Of users, 88% plan to update their packaging in order to satisfy consumer demand. This publication will supply some infographics illustrating the trends observed during the course of the Observatoire’s ten years in operation, with a look at market potentials from here to 2018.
Pubblichiamo in proposito alcune infografiche, che illustrano le tematiche osservate nel corso di questo decennio dall’Observatoire, con uno sguardo alle potenzialità del mercato da qui al 2018.
