Unterberger (Bonazza Group) invests in the Perarolo facility

Unterberger (Belluno), a company specialising in the production of speck ham and since 2013 a member of the Bonazza Group, is investing in its Perarolo facility to meet market demands.

The installation of two new seasoning cells and a smokehouse oven (total value €400,000) will raise production capacity to 20,000 kg per week compared to the current 15,000 kg and will allow for an approximately 25% increase in production.

The Bonazza family, one of the leading cured meat producers in the Veneto region, aims to bring Italian excellence to international markets by continuously investing in the upgrading and modernisation of the production plants of all the group’s companies: Bonazza SpA, Bechèr SpA, Salumificio Vicentino and the Speck del Cadore - Unterberger factory in Perarolo.
