Longitudinal high speed slitter

Daroitex Srl (Santorso VI) has developed the high speed HS-500 slitter for cutting multiple longitudinal nonwoven and spun-bond fabrics in at least 18 mm wide strips, with single or double rolling.

HS-500 features special motor vector control inverters with constant reading of the diameter of the roll, preset and automatic control of roll compactness, automatic counting of meters with pre-slowdown and automatic stop to the planned measure, swing opening with expandable shafts for an easy loading of the cartons and offloading of the rolls. The speed of rewinding reaches 500 m/min depending on the type of fabric.
The machine processes non-wovens and fabrics, with standard measures, 1,800 mm high, with an unwinding roll diameter of 1,800 mm and outfeed roll of 700 mm (other sizes are available on request) and can take shafts to support unwinding diameters on request from   2”, 3”, 4”, 5” e 6”. Options: system with scissor or contact cut and rotary knife of various diameters depending on the type of fabric, cutter cutting system, total automation with customized PLC program .
Daroitex Srl also produces the PVC slitter model QCM-AX: a multi-cutting machine with axial rolling and unrolling and cross cut at the end of the roll.
