Alufoil Trophy 2014

29th November 2013 the closingdate for entries the award set up by the European Aluminium Foil Association (EAFA).

Organized with the aim of promoting new products and technology related to the foil and aluminum closures, its key moment will be the award ceremony, which will be held during Interpack (Düsseldorf, May 8th to 14th), hence in a particularly visible context. Five  the competition categories: “Marketing + design” (graphic and structural); “Consumer satisfaction” through solutions that increase tangible benefits; “Rationalisation of resources” and their benefits to the environment and the economy; “Product protection” to reduce the need for preservatives in foods and increase of the hygiene of the container-content system, etc; Technological innovation” concerning the performance of a material, a manufacturing technique or a converting procedure.
