Cibus Tec - Food Pack Parma, 28th-31st October 2014
The theme agenda of the fair Cibus Tec - Food Pack, the recent joint venture between Fiere di Parma and Ucima dedicated to food packaging and wrapping policy, is beginning to take shape.
In brief. Already programmed the theme days for the tomato, meat, milk processing and convenience food sectors, or that is the key segments of the show. Also decided the hot themes of the encounter, that will tackle environmental sustainability, food safety and packaging, as well as the strategic contribution of automation in food processing&packaging and internationalisation strategies.
The encounters will be organized in cooperation with international partners and sector associations.
In particular, we cite the contribution of AIIPA (the Italian Food Producer Company Association) with an indepth look at convenience produce (rational production cycles, minimum guaranteed shelf-life, the cold chain and new technologies in the fresh produce segment). In occasion of “Milk Day”, Assolatte will in turn illustrate strategies for marketing, communication with the consumer, information on the label, safety, rationalisation of production costs and environmental sustainability.
Assoacarni (The Italian Meat and Livestock Trading Association), new strategic partners of Fiere di Parma, will in turn place the onus on the Italian and European prospects of the meat based preparations segment.
Logistics as a competitive sector thanks to its potential for rationalising the entire supply chain will be the center of “Logisticamente on Food”, the conference organized by logisticamente.it in cooperation with AILOG (Italian Logistics Association) and with the Parma Industrialists Union. Confirmed too the 2014 edition of Cibus Tec - Food Pack with “Food&Beverage“ as the lead thread, the event being born out of the cooperation between Fiere di Parma and Messe Frankfurt Italia, with the objective of favoring synergies between the automation industry and food and beverage industry end users.
Also scheduled, lastly, numerous international business matching undertakings with 600 operators from over fifteen countries, who will turn Parma into the world capital of applied innovation regarding food processing and packaging.
