Food safety: rapid methods for the control of food, water and the environment

Appointment on the morning of October 1 with the third edition of the Conference (this year in digital format) focused on updates of rapid analysis methods to be used in the company in the HACCP.

The 2020 edition sees the deepening of the issues related to the rapid analysis sector and the introduction of current topics, also from a legal point of view.

The speakers will talk about the application of immunochemical, molecular and enzymatic methods for the determination of chemical contaminants, allergens and pathogens in food and on surfaces; they will deepen the theoretical basis of sanitization, the applications of the most common systems to conduct a monitoring of the hygienic conditions of environments and equipment, also in combating the spread of SARS-CoV-2 in production environments; they will analyze the importance of the chemical characteristics of water for cleaning and sanitization operations.
