Fostering sector growth

February 18th saw the holding of the annual meeting of the combined associations representing the Paper, Publishing, Print and Converting sectors (Acimga, Aie, Anes, Argi, Asig, Assocarta, Assografici and Fieg), where sector trends and the industry’s proposals for supporting growth were illustrated.

Here are the most significant: incentives for innovation (extraordinary fund for publishing, subsidized credit, tax credit for investments in capital goods); support for reading, also in the form of tax deductions, contributions in support of purchases, countercyclical measures (tax credit for the purchase of paper and for advertising investments in the press)
