Acquisitions Yaskawa Italia

Official acquisition in March of the Factory Automation division of ZF Italia Srl (a subsidiary of the international ZF Friedrichshafen AG group) by Yaskawa Italia Srl.

The announcement marks a new step in the relationship between the two companies, linked for 25 years by a strategic partnership in the sale of Drives Motion & Controls components in the Italian automation market. With this new acquisition, Yaskawa Italia is ready to further strengthen its presence on the second largest market in Europe, thanks to the integration of the Robotics, Drives, Motion & Controls product lines. With the new acquisition, Yaskawa Italia will be present in the offices of Orbassano (Turin), Milan, Modena and Brescia.
