Configure your TLM packaging machines online

Gerhard Schubert offers an additional service to its users: its new TLM configurator can now be accessed from the homepage of the gerhard-schubert.it website.

The online application is able to build a virtual TLM packaging machine based on user specifications. You can select the features you want with the "drag & drop” command (for example those of a machine capable of grouping the products, forming the boxes, filling and closing them and packing them on pallets...) and the configurator gives a 3D display of the solution for the type of packaging chosen onscreen. Other types of display are also available and the results obtained can be stored. The configurator provides those interested with an intuitive service which demonstrates how to solve a packaging problem with Schubert solutions. The concept of Gerhard Schubert TLM technology is based on the combination of intelligent software with simple mechanics: an idea this that lies at the basis of flexible systems that are simple to use. The configurator shows up this principle.
All Schubert systems are essentially based on seven components: the TLM-F2 and F3-TLM TLM-F4 robots, the TLM vision system, the TLM transmodule, the TLM control panel and chassis. all partial machines and complete systems are created with this modular system.
