Food in transparency
The qualities of glass, suitable for cooking and storing food, were tested “live” at the “glassware party” organized by Assovetro.
The cooking class, which sought to broaden the vision of the consumer on the possibilities of use of glass in the kitchen, challenged blogger moms and food bloggers, who grappled with “glass” recipes under the supervision of chef Fabio Campoli. Prepared and served under glass, the menu included a starter, “Trasparenza d’aMare,” the first course “FutuRiso” , an “In3pido” dessert and a rose infusion drink. Lastly, to engage patrons of the social network, in early September the application “Cooking under glass” was launched, which can be accessed from the Facebook page Friends of Glass: users can upload and share recipes under glass with the community or vote for their favorite recepe.
