The second edition of the exclusive Starway program developed by Prixartprinting, which rewards the concern’s most loyal customers with exclusive advantages and dedicated assistance services.

The “way of the stars” remains the central theme of the loyalty program which Pixartprinting offers for the second year running. Called Starway 2015, it adopts the evolution of celestial bodies, from young stars to red giants and finally supernovas, as an allegory for the journey of the customers of the Veneto-based company, which is a leader in web-to-print. Compared metaphorically to astral bodies of tremendous energy, Pixartprinting customers are classified by number and value of orders and thereby admitted to a privileged buyer experience with exclusive advantages and dedicated customer care services (UserHub), with guaranteed priority assistance.

Customer Strategy: a path well appreciated. «We created Starway in order to integrate and structure an effective program for managing personalized relations with our users, a full-fledged branded relationship based on dialog and interaction» explains Andrea Pizzola, Sales & Marketing Director Pixartprinting. «Our goal is to support the business of loyal customers, supplying them tools designed to facilitate the growth of those who, like us, believe in evolving. And Starway has proved popular: in just one year the number of those that have joined the “galaxy” has increased significantly».

Transparency and advantages. The functioning of Starway is described in detail in a dedicated section on the concern’s website, where anyone can read the access requirements, advantages per access level and FAQs.
Beneficiaries received a welcome pack with a brochure illustrating the program and a business card with the privileged access credentials, as well as a Magis brand collector’s item gift, of course a reserved special edition.  The new inputs and confirmations necessary for accessing the Starway program in 2016 will be announced on 31 December 2015. Below is a summary of the new features:
- UserHub (an assistance service that involves high priority management of calls and emails, with the option of indicating preferred numbers at which to be reached through “Call Me Now”);
- Price (promotions on one or more products, based on access level);
 Preview (monthly previews of all promotions, new products and available print formats);
- Samples (available every three months with a 90% discount and no delivery fees).
