Founded in 2001 from the convergence of more than ten years of experience in the production of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic packaging, Punto Pack designs and creates outfits of excellence for niche and high-end products, studying their commercial impact, compatibility and, last but not least, sustainability.

The first in its sector, this year Punto Pack obtained B Corp certification, which qualifies it as a “benefit company”.

The company, which works in close partnership with its customers to constantly improve the quality of its products and services, reaps its rewards on the significant investments made in Research and Development, production technologies, corporate welfare and sustainability. 

Respect for people and social groups, regardless of any difference in type and gender, are at the heart of a wide-ranging strategy implemented by the company.

This result is achieved by selecting and optimizing components and materials, so as to combine the business needs of its customers with the quality of life of its employees, who find in the company a stimulating work environment full of professional opportunities. But it also means undertaking concrete actions for sustainability and environmental protection.
In short, these are the strongpoints of the mission that the founders Roberto Nisica and Luca Marchetti have given Punto Pack. 

Knowhow, efficiency and organization on a human scale

In addition to the quality of the staff, whose key roles include figures with extensive experience in the high value-added packaging sector, Punto Pack’s technical and technological resources and research activities play a fundamental role, which its business partners can count on.

Strategically located for the Italian and European markets, the Parma plant hosts the company’s  production facility where, in compliance with the most advanced sustainability criteria, containers, closures and accessories are produced, especially designed for the pharmaceutical, dietetic and cosmetic sectors, as well as niche applications in the food and industrial sectors.
For each product, the company creates the “ideal cladding” that allows customers to successfully propose their solutions to the various market niches.
Punto Pack operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in order to optimize production, reducing waste and scrap to a minimum.

The company’s logistics are mainly integrated in the 8,000 meters of covered area of the plant, in addition to the 5,000 meters allocated to external logistics.
The structure is completed by a restaurant, a relaxation area and a company gym, which allow the company’s most important asset, i.e. its people, to be cared for and valued.

In 2020, increasing results and courageous choices
Punto Pack ended 2020 - undoubtedly the most particular and challenging year ever - with revenues up by more than 20%, amounting to around 20 million euros, working with about 600 partners active mainly in Italy.

In the face of this success, the company also invested significant resources to further increase its production capacity by founding Punto Pack International, with the aim of taking its wealth of knowledge and skills abroad.

A significant part of the investments, directly managed by the company’s management, are dedicated to R&D activities focused on the recyclability of raw materials and on the epoch-making transition from a linear to a circular process flow of raw materials. In this area, Punto Pack collaborates with leading economic and technological partners, systematically and continuously applying the principles of sustainability and respect of benefit companies.

Finally, we would like to mention the economic, managerial and operational support to numerous initiatives, with which the company, by combining sport, social aid and solidarity, contributes in a direct and concrete way to improving the future of the new generations.
