Pivoine Suzhou - the Venice of the Orient and a designated world heritage site - combines the freshness of eau de toilette with the soft sensuality of China’s best loved flower: the peony, a symbol of the empire, happiness, grace and prosperity. And as the calligrapher’s red seal ends the poem, so too the perfume’s logo punctuates the ensemble at the center of the flacon and underscores the cream colored carton. A distinctive trait is the thin trail of ideograms running along the center of the packaging.
