sps ipc drives Italia 2014

sps ipc drives Italia (20th - 22nd May 2014, Parma) continues on its way, with a growth directly proportional to the clarity of intent fielded by its organizers.

SPS_2014_LOGO_WEB.pngHaving reiterated the will not to impinge on the spirit of a “vertical” event dedicated to automation products/systems and especially devised for the national market, the heads of Messe Frankfurt Italia continue to work in direct contact with sector operators - be they big or small, producers or end users, associations, universities…They involve them from a conceptual point of view in the definition of the guidelines of the event, welcoming their suggestions and proposing added value contents and solutions to suit the occasion, thus extending the horizons of what though continues to be a “classic” B2B encounter.
Theirs is a job of factual relations, that is giving great results. And it is the facts of the coming edition (number 4) that confirm this: enrolment up by 15% compared to 2013, renewals agreements with numerous institutional subjects (from research and university institutes to sector associations and other fair organisations), numerous new features in terms of the actual spaces and contents of the show.

New features and confirmations. Hence we start from the layout, this year featuring the presence of a “double hall” connected by an open bar lounge, that will favour the flow of visitors and facilitate their visits.

sps_fil_rouge_2014_web.pngThe user dedicated information window will also be extended. The 2014 edition also sees the start of the “Double Fil Rouge” operation, that will witness the presence of end users from the Food&Beverage and Pharma&Beauty segments and two round tables (21st and 22nd May): precious moments of encounter with the industrial automation operators. To be underlined that the encounter with the food segment will be organized in cooperation with Cibus Tec-Food Pack.

Reconfirmation for '“Open Panel” (planned for March, offering the chance to meet all the 2014 exhibitors) and the area dedicate to the Special Projects Sector: “Linking University”, “System Integrator” and “Innovation-Research” will this year be joined by “Industrial Software” (to which the organizers have also dedicated the blog “Conversazioni SPS”, recently placed on line, which deals with Simulation & Analysis, Internet of Things, Big Data and Business Intelligence, or that is the themes that will provide the bone structure of the scientific encounters that will be held May 21st at the fair).
And on top of that, ad hoc business encounters organized for medium-sized Italian exhibitor companies with Russian operators.

Beyond the fair. SPS Italia is a fair that “lives” beyond the three day of show thanks to a constant activity of encounters, transversal participation, cooperation, e-magazines, blogs, all with the end of livening up contacts and the exchange of knowhow and opinions within the industrial automation sector. We hence reiterate that together SPS Italia and Anie Automazione have given rise to “extra” fair sessions such as Forum Telecontrollo and, in 2014 the new itinerant format “Forum Meccatronica”: scheduled at the Kilometro Rosso the coming 24th September, strongly wished for by the companies that are part of Anie Automazione’s Meccatronica Group, as response to demands from machine builders and end users interested in finding out more about motion application technology.
