AMB ups its share capital and adopts SpA status

During a journey in the world of plastics that has lasted many years, AMB SpA has managed to constantly renew its enthusiasm following the evolution of packaging close to.

On the occasion of its 45 years of activity, February 18th 2014, the shareholder’s meeting unanimously deliberated the transformation of AMB Srl into an SpA or joint-stock company, also deliberating the raising of the company capital from 650.100  to 1.050.000 euros.

The division of shares remains unchanged, equally divided between Alessandro Marin,  Anita Marin as well as Bruno Marin, who is also legal representative and CEO of the company.
