As part of the Brand Revolution Lab* initiative, the packaging for the Acetomodena White Condiments line was born from the collaboration between the Lateral Creative Hub agency and O-I Glass (world leader in the production of glass packaging).

The name “The light side of vinegar” reveals the inspiration that guided the agency in creating the image of the product: the packaging, in fact, turns into a candle lantern, suggesting a trait-d’union between the lightness of taste, the light color and the light it will give in its second life. Brightness is also the stylistic code of the bottles: O-I has created 5, for each reference in the line (Lavender, Timut, Star Anise, Mustard and Thyme), playing with transparency that allows to highlight unique organoleptic characteristics.

Using the direct printing technology on glass O-I: Expressions, which in this application demonstrates the vocation for customization, has made different details for each reference.

The printing uses organic inks, which do not affect the recyclability of the glass, in line with the sustainability of the project. Not requiring industrial molds and quantities, this technology offers infinite possibilities for creative design, lending itself to the needs of both multinationals and local customers or niche markets.

* Laboratory organized by Stratego Group under the patronage of DMA Italia , that involves the entire printing supply chain by encouraging the co-creation process between suppliers of technologies and materials, printing companies, creative agencies and brands.
