Entitled “Share the change”, the meeting organized by ROBOPAC Machinery was another important step towards the growth of the international network of the San Marino based company. Besides the Group CEO Enrico Aureli, Federico Spallino (General Manager of Robopac Machinery) and Gianluca Buschi (Sales and Marketing Manager) took part.

In the morning nine dealers shared their experiences, relating key case histories, useful to provide indications on the resolution of problems common to different productive realities as well as to increase everyone’s wealth of knowledge.

In the afternoon, the dealers visited the futuristic ROBOPAC Machinery San Marino smart factory, getting a close-up view of numerous new products, before returning to the Palacongressi for the gala dinner and, later, for a show that highlighted the core values of the company that, this year, celebrates 35 years of history.

Goals achieved and projects underway
The day was opened by a welcome speech given by the ROBOPAC and OCME CEO, Enrico Aureli, who underlined the importance of the meeting especially in light of the new goals achieved by the group in recent years, both from the point of view of technological development as well as buy-ups and new settlements.

A story, that of the group with headquarters in Castel San Pietro (Bologna), in the heart of the Italian Packaging Valley, which «starts from afar - as Aureli pointed out - and which has taken a step forward each year, acquiring market shares and international prestige over time».
Among the fundamental steps for the development of the business, the purchase of 100% of the stock of OCME, which allowed ROBOPAC to become in all respects «a one global company with a widespread presence in the world as well as an international leader in end-of-line packaging».

The CEO of Robopac also illustrated the progress of the project aimed at building «a TechLab® network, which will make the initial intuition of the group even more scientific, that is to guarantee the stabilization of the palletized load, dominating all the technologies that combine to obtain this result, to best preserve the product and minimize packaging materials».

There were also many technological innovations shown to those present. Among these, in addition to the new products, the digital packing list and the web catalog, tools aimed at improving the management of spare parts, monitoring the tracking floor from the company to the end customer and reducing waiting times.

«We must continue to strengthen our leadership - concluded Enrico Aureli - by leveraging our technology and the performance of our quality and user-friendly products, focusing on customer service, which must be excellent and available 24/7».

In greeting the participants, the Aureli family arranged a meet-up at the next Dealer Meeting which will take place at the same time as the Interpack fair, scheduled in Düsseldorf (Germany) in May 2020.

GROUP FOCUS ON FOOD
From October 22 to 25 next, the industrial team led by the Aureli family is engaged on two fronts.
The “One Global Company Event” takes place at the OCME headquarters in Parma: an Open House organized by ROBOPAC, OCME and SOTEMAPACK, with the aim of illustrating the complete range of group technologies.
The visit to the Parma plant will enable the verification of OCME’s engineering capaciaties applied to all the machines in the group. Inside the workshop, in fact, a complete end of line will be set up, to include: a Prasmatic case packer, the new Ares high-speed single-column palletizer with a head dedicated specifically to the food world, an automatic winder with Cube technology, an Auriga LGV and a new-generation rotating arm wrapper.
Also on display will be the Scorpius Pick & Place System, the innovative compact palletizing system, as well as all the Robopac machines designed for the food industry (Masterwrap, Robot S6, taping machine).
Simultaneously, still in Parma, the group will take part in the Cibus Tec fair and, to facilitate travel between the fairgrounds and the OCME headquarters, a special transfer will be provided.
A reminder that different technological solutions of the group will be proposed at the fair (Pad. 2, Aisle K - Stand 004), including the Robotape taping machine, the Masterwrap rotating arm wrapping machine, the new range of Robopac S6 Robot self-propelled packaging machines and the versatile Sotemapack case packer, with automatic format change, even in small sizes.
