Team playing to design the future

Lameplast Group hosts an event in the spirit of sharing, in order to celebrate and re-launch the team play that carried it onto the international scene.

Villa Fondo Tagliata Mirandola, 9 May. Lameplast’s fortieth year in business is approaching (the Emilia-based concern was founded in 1976), and the concern is inviting all to share in the success story of a local enterprise that has become an international Group, but also to work together on its new growth objectives.
For this reason, the concern’s president Giovanni Ferrari has organized, in a charming location in the Emilian countryside, a convention with the company’s management and personnel, in order to enjoy the fruits of dynamic team playing rooted in shared values and a common future.
Values which Ferrari is offering as a winning formula for building, in the era of a global economy that changes everything, the continued future success of the Group as an international supplier of a complete, flexible and integrated service for the preparation, filling and packaging of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and cosmetics - from the design of a new container to the finished product.

New challenges. «What has made Lameplast strong and successful in these first 40 years of life - declared a proud Ferrari at the opening of the convention, commented on a video of the company’s history - is our capacity for working together. In order to face the challenges of tomorrow, in an increasingly complex global market, this and especially this is still useful: together we can win the future, because when faced with the most daunting challenges, the only way to overcome is united, on a team and playing in concert».
Today the Lameplast Group “team” can count, in addition to founders Giovanni Ferrari, Evro Fabbri and Antonio Fontana, on 290 employees, some of whom have been there for more than 30 years. After Ferrari, Barbara Reguzzoni, the concern’s marketing manager, also addressed the topic, presenting key numbers relating to the three companies that comprise the Group’s current composition (Lameplast, Coc Farmaceutici, LF of America) and thanking all the employees and workers for their hard work: «They - she said as images of the workers scrolled across the screen - are the Group’s strength and energy».
