For a safe, sustainable factory with the best hygienic standards
At Cibus Tec 2023, M.H. Material Handling presents a series of devices specifically dedicated to food safety, environmental sustainability and work safety, themes that are guiding the choices of business, influencing also the technological sector.
A hygienic design transport system
On the question of food safety, M.H has developed SANI-FLEX, a brand-new transport system, conceived for applications with bare products, which responds to the most demanding guidelines. Constructed with certified materials and without stagnation points (risk areas for the formation of bacterial load), SANI-FLEX is designed with simple structures to be dismantled without the use of specific equipment, so as to facilitate sanitization operations.
Risk-free handling and transport
With Sorter Intralox - AIM, M.H Material Handling responds to the need to better manage the new, light and thin packages on automatic lines. The Intralox Active Integrated Motion™ (AIM™) system makes it possible to produce diverters with innovative technology that grip the products from below, eliminating the risk of entanglement. The AIM devices are produced under license in M.H.’s plant north of Milan.
A sustainable elevator
The management of space in the factory is a question linked to sustainability in various ways, from the optimisation of consumption to safety. This is a problem to which the SVn-Bare light spiral elevator (result of the collaboration with Ambaflex) offers a solution, making it possible to free up space in work environments, creating operator passages and increasing the ergonomics of the line, with an overall improvement in the passive safety of the factory. This is all achieved with an extremely competitive investment.
