Aetna Group unveils new full-electric solutions and smart intralogistics

End-of-line automation is at a turning point

Aetna Group is strengthening its identity as an increasingly integrated organisation, capable of bringing together skills, technologies and know-how within a single technological architecture. It does so through its main brands—Robopac, OCME and Meypack—and the specialist brands TopTier and Sotemapack. All this was reaffirmed at the latest Interpack 2026, where the Group showcased a 1,000 m² stand in which Robopac, in particular, took centre stage, both in terms of the new technologies presented and the Dealer Meeting organised with its international network: “The Dealer Meeting was a success, with over 200 dealers from more than 50 countries in attendance,” commented the management. “We had the opportunity to present our new products and the latest technological innovations, which generated a great deal of interest.” Here they are, along with their key features.

Helix 4 EVO Full Electric

Among the most significant innovations presented by Robopac at Interpack 2026, the Helix 4 EVO Full Electric stands out as an evolution of the well-established Helix 4 EVO model. The new completely electric architecture eliminates the use of compressed air, improving efficiency and sustainability without compromising wrapping quality and load stability. These are the main features: elimination of pneumatic components thanks to electric actuators for clamps, film tail, and top pressure plate; reduction of energy consumption and operating costs, cutting the wrapping energy cost per pallet by one third; greater system simplicity, with no need for dedicated compressors or pneumatic systems; high load stability even in the most complex applications, thanks to systems like Easy Lock and retractable clamp that allow the application of roped film on the pallet; less maintenance and greater modularity, with the possibility of integrating the Top Inside system and jumbo reel configuration.

Robot S7 iGO

The new Robot S7 iGO wrapping machine is a big step forward for packaging systems. It uses self-driving technology and artificial intelligence. This new solution stops the need to move pallets by hand. It makes the work faster and safer.

Thanks to its smart technology, the Robot S7 iGO works all by itself in the factory. It moves around rooms and fits into workflows easily. This brings more production with a continuous wrap cycle, without any human help. Pallet recognition: finds pallets automatically using AI; smart navigation: sees obstacles and returns to service stations on its own; compact design: fits in narrow aisles and handles uneven loads; fast setup: needs no special infrastructure to install.

Masterwrap CWE
This machine is the evolution of the mid-range rotary arm wrapping machines. It combines a compact size with advanced automation in a fully electric solution. Its main features are: electric clamp and cutting system: automatically hooks and cuts the film; automatic cycle: starts and stops the wrapping process on its own; easy installation: needs no pneumatic parts, making setup simpler; lower costs: reduces working time and maintenance costs.

Cubix
This solution transforms the wrapping process into a real digital checkpoint, automatically acquiring and managing dimensional data, weight, and images of the pallet. Cubix is characterized by: automatic measurement of load weight, volume, and dimensions; photographic documentation for shipment traceability; optimization of transport capacity and reduction of logistics costs; integration with the R-Connect platform and ERP/WMS systems.

Power Air

This is the new technology developed to automate the initial wrapping phase through an advanced air flow management system. Its main features are: automatic film hook: attaches the film to the pallet without any worker help; air technology: uses air to wrap the pallets; better safety: offers greater ergonomics and safety for workers; affordable automation: brings automation even to mid-range machines.

MyRobopac
The MyRobopac platform completes the digital offering, dedicated to the management of spare parts, technical documentation, and customer assistance. It allows: immediate access to catalogs and documentation via serial number; precise component identification to reduce order errors; reduction of machine downtime; a single digital access point for the entire machine fleet.
