BMU and BLE2 brushless motors: stable speed

Oriental Motor introduces its new BMU and BLE2 series brushless speed control systems. Complete with dedicated drive, they are often used for the movement of conveyor belts, screw conveyors and other applications where constant torque, small size, low heating and stable speed control are essential prerogatives for proper operation. In many applications they replace the classic AC motors with inverters, reducing weight and space occupied.

The BMU and BLE2 systems guarantee stable speed control, even in the event of load changes, thanks to constant monitoring of the rotor’s rotational speed by means of an integrated Hall effect sensor.

The motors, available in 30, 60, 120, 200, 300 W, offer a wide speed range from 80 to 4000 r/min and are also offered in combination with a wide range of gearboxes.

The 200 W models are available in IP67 version with stainless steel shaft and screws. The new metal connector allows them to be used in wet environments and the motor itself can be washed without the need for any protective cover.
