Elesa S.p.A., a leader in the production of standard components for the mechanical industry, offers a complete range of TCC connecting clamps for use with tubes, designed for the creation of flexible and reconfigurable modular tubular structures.

Awarded the German Design Award 2024 (Winner), the TCC system combines strength, durability and versatility, enabling the quick and safe assembly of structures such as shelving systems, workstations, machine guards and frameworks for industrial and technical environments.

Manufactured from glass fibre-reinforced technopolymer with stainless steel fasteners, the clamps ensure high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, while reducing the overall weight of the structures. Their compact design and smooth surfaces facilitate cleaning and maintenance, while also enhancing the appearance of installations.

The range includes cross and T-clamps, sleeves and articulated joints with a mounting plate, as well as the TCC SJD version with a double ball joint for more complex three-dimensional configurations. Clamping kits allow quick adjustment without the use of tools.

Available in Ø18 and Ø30 mm diameters and in black and grey, the clamps can also be used with reduction sleeves for different tube diameters. A “signal blue” technopolymer version is also available, suitable for food contact and compliant with FDA and EU 10/2011 regulations.
