Design and materials at the service of food
A high degree of innovation, that as well as offering tangible benefits, enhances the product image and the way it is experienced.
This the formula behind the success of the plastic packaging solutions for the food of the RPC Group at All4Pack Paris.
Among the highlights we cite B2nature™ by RPC Bebo, the new material for coffee capsules, which ensures an extended shelf life thanks to a special multilayer oxygen barrier.
Certified suitable for industrial compost, in just 12 weeks a compost can be obtained with minimum capsule residue and particularly rich in nutrients for the soil, thanks to the contribution of the coffee powder. The good compostability combines with excellent resistance to the high pressures of coffee machines.
The new anti-waste dispenser for sauces, made by Promens RPC and RPC Superfos at the request of the French company Lesieur also aroused keen interest: the ergonomic and handy design allows a better emptying of the package, reducing the product residue that remains on the bottom by 16%.
A captivating RPC Barrier Containers pack has been developed for a new range of exotic dishes prepared by Soulie Restauration: the design, made after the traditional Tajine pot, consists of a thermoformed multilayer polypropylene container, manufactured by RPC Bebo Plastik, and an injection molded PP lid by RPC Bramlage, both terracotta color: suitable for being served at the table straight from the oven. Furthermore, the EVOH oxygen barrier layer provides an effective protection, ensuring the product a shelf life of 18 months. Lastly, its light weight makes it highly portable.
