Diagnostics filling line

Omas Tecnosistemi proposes a complete filling line for plastic and glass flacons with a double automatic feed system: using a tray loader and turntable for glass flacons, with automatic feeder for plastic flacons.

In practice, once the flacon enters the G-250 intermittent monobloc, it is filled with 600 microliters of product and then closed with a rubber stopper and screw-on cap; the work cycle finishes off with labeling of the containers and output onto an automatic tray loader. The whole process is controlled by video camera to check for correct application. The system’s high quality standard makes the monobloc compliant with GMP regulations and suitable for applications in sterile environments. The mechanical parts are separated from the work area, and the entire frame is coated with 304 stainless steel.
The benefits offered by this system include: flexible format changeover, thanks to the possibility of easily and quickly memorizing parameters in the panel, leaving them retrievable from the menu; filling syringes made entirely from 316L stainless with turn valve and an automatic feed and capping system.
Dosage and screwing control is carried out by brushless servomotors, offering an excellent repeatability guarantee of all dosage and capping parameters.
