Discovering IMA DIGITAL and IMA ZERO

Efficiency 4.0 and sustainable development strategies: two worlds, only apparently distant, that give substance and continuity to the Corporate projects that the IMA Group has been carrying out for some time in the name of technological and environmental innovation. 

At the fair in Milan, the solutions and guidelines of IMA Digital and IMA Zero are the fil rouge of its entire production program and of the actions put in place to support environmental awareness and social responsibility.

IMA Digital

Launched in 2017, the IMA Digital project focuses on digital products, tools and smart applications that ensure full efficiency during production. At the heart of the initiative is both the creation of machines connected to web platforms capable of reading and monitoring their performance, and the creation of accessory services that make it easier and more interactive for users to manage their fleets.

IMA Sentinel and A4GATE are therefore ideal solutions to monitor production autonomously and at the same time protect the sensitive data of operators and plants, while IMA Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning optimizes production flows and quality.

At the fair, visitors can try out the various applications and software of Digital Services, designed to make machine management increasingly intuitive, and explore the potential of Training for complete training, supported by the latest digital technologies, including augmented and virtual reality.

IMA Zero

In planning its strategies, IMA takes into account the economic, social and environmental implications of its operations, adhering to the principles of sustainable growth and Corporate Social Responsibility.

This commitment is reflected in the IMA Zero project, the main theme of the Group’s presence at Ipack-Ima and Pharmintech.

The aim of the program is sustainability, with the dual objective of minimizing the environmental impact of industrial production and promoting a working and living environment that always puts people at the center.

Starting from innovation, IMA Zero is the promise to realize products, production processes and services conceived with a renewed logic of sustainability and with the awareness that today’s commitment will contribute to shape tomorrow’s world.

There are four areas of intervention: LOW (Low-Impact Program), NOP (No-Plastic Program), E-MOB (Sustainable Mobility Program) and YOU (Human-Centric Program).
